| Aqua Varnish - AHG1 Our aqua varnish AHG1 is a water base varnish for roller coating and designed for high gloss applications. It is also suitable for applications like gloss over print varnish for sticker labels or book covers. Some of the salient features of AHG1 include:

Aqua Varnish - AHR1 Aqua varnish AHR1 is a water based varnish for paper roller coating and is designed for high rub resistance applications. It is widely used to gloss over print varnish for sticker labels or book covers. AHR1 is appreciated for:

- Abrasion resistance

| Blister Varnish - Gr BLT1 We manufacture and supply blister varnish of BLT1 grade, a medium drying water based emulsion with good sealing properties. We have different grades for PVC and PET blister varnish. It can be used in all in-line as well as off line coaters.
To ensure excellent blister sealing the temperature should be maintained between 120°C and 140°C with dwell time between 2 and 5 seconds and 4-6 kg pressure depending on the blister material and stock. However, the suitability of the board and the ink should be checked before use. Blister varnish should be protected from frost & user should wash up hands with water.

Blister Varnish - Gr BLC1 We supply premium quality blister varnish - Gr BLC1 which is a medium drying emulsion. To ensure excellent blister sealing, the temperature should be maintained between 160°C and 190°C with dwell time between 4 and 8 seconds and 6-8 kg pressure depending on the blister material and stock. However, the suitability of the board and the ink should be checked before use. Blister varnish should be protected from frost & user should wash up hands with water.

| UV Varnish - High Gloss UHG1 UV Varnish - High Gloss UHG1
We manufacture and supply UV varnish UHG1 which is designed for offline high gloss coating and ideal for offset printing press on paper or plastic surface. UHG1 is an acrylic based UV curable glossy varnish which meets the requirement of paper coating industry, toy safety, paper recycling & heavy metal contents. UV Varnish - UMG1 We provide optimum quality UV varnish (UMG1) which is widely used in the paper coating industry. Designed for offline gloss coating, it can be used for printing on paper or plastic surface. | UV Varnish - Duct UDG1 Our UV varnish UDG1 is ideal for on-line paper coating with extra whiteness. Manufactured using qualitative raw material our varnish meets the requirements of toy safety, paper recycling and heavy metal contents. Some of the salient features of our varnish

Application tips:
This is a non self-ignition, corrosive and explosive. Hence, while using masks and gloves must be used.Touching and breathing should be avoided. When come in contact with UDG1, should be washed with water and soap. |
